Amendment of section 15

For the ful-stop occurring at the end of clause (h) of section 15 of the Principal Act, a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be inserted, namely,— "Provided that the Board shall, with the previous sanction and approval of the State Government, be competent to undertake and execute plans, schemes and constructions relating to or in connection with the matters defined and specified in (a) to (h) above to be financed wholly or partly by the State Government".
