Amendment of section 9

In section 9 of the Principal Act,— (i) sub-section (1) and proviso thereto shall be deleted ; (ii) the brackets and figure "(2)" of sub-section (2) shall be deleted and in between the words "from office" and "the Vice-President" occurring in the second line, the word "President" shall be inserted.
