Government trophies

Any game found dead or killed without a licence in defence of life or property or by mistake or any game or trophy in respect of which a breach of the provisions of this Act has been committed, shall be a Government trophy and the property of the State Government. Explanation.—In this section, “game” includes the female and the young of any animal or bird specified in Schedule II, III or IV.
