Refusal or cancellation of permit

Statutory text
- (1) The Wild Life Preservation Officer may, for good and sufficient reason, refuse to issue any permit or may cancel any permit granted under this Chapter.
- (2) Any person aggrieved by the refusal or cancellation of a permit under sub-section
- (1) may within fifteen days appeal to the State Government, whose decision shall be final.
