Restriction on entry in Game Sanctuary

No person, other than,—

1. (a) any public servant on duty ;
2. (b) any person who ordinarily resides within the limits of a sanctuary ;
3. (c) any person who has any rights over immovable property within the limits of a sanctuary ;
4. (d) any person passing through a sanctuary along a public highway ;
5. (e) the dependents and servants of the above persons ; shall enter or reside in a Game Sanctuary, except under a permit and in accordance with the conditions of the permit granted under section 29.
