Power to make rules
The Madhya Pradesh Nursingh Act. 1973(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:— (a) the form of application for recognition and the fee to be paid under sub-section (1) of section 5; (b) the procedure of the Council under section 6; (c) the condition of recognition and the manner of enquiry under section 7; (d) the scale of fees to be charged by the nursing institution under section 10; (e) the manner of filing appeal under sub-section (1) of section 12; (f) the manner of maintaining accounts and audit under section 14; (g) any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed. (3) All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly. (1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government against every decision of the Council under section 15 or section 17 and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months from the date of the receipt by the party concerned of a copy of such decision.
