Lapse of sanction

Statutory text
Every sanction given for the erection or re-erection of a building shall be available for a period of one year from the date on which it is given, and, if the sanctioned erection or re-erection is not commenced within that period, it shall not there after be commenced unless the State Government on an application made in writing in that behalf has extended that period.
