Preamble.— Whereas it is expedient to regulate the construction of buildings in the neighbourhood of a tuberculosis sanatorium;
It is hereby enacted as follows :—
- (1) This Act may be cited as the [Madhya Pradesh]3 Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1948.
- (2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of [Madhya Pradesh.]3
