Enhanced penalty in certain cases after previous conviction

If any employer who has been convicted of any offence under sub-section

1. (1) of section 9 or section 11,12 or 13 or sub-section
2. (1) of section 14 or section 16,17,18,19,21,22,23,24,25-A,25-B, 43, 49, 54 or 58 is again guilty of an offence, involving contravention of the same provision, he shall be punished on a subsequent conviction with fine which shall not be less than fifty rupees and which may extend to one thousand five hundred rupees.
