Employees contravening sections 13(3), 18, 25 and

If an employee contravenes the provisions of sub-section

1. (3) of section 13 or sub-section
2. (2) of section 18 or sub-section
3. (2) of section 25, or section 57 he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
