Statutory text
Health Officer and Engineer.-
- (1) Every Council having an annual income of five lacs of rupees or more shall have a Health Officer and an Engineer for the efficient discharge of its duties.
- (2) The Health officer and the Engineer shall be members of the State Municipal Service (Health and Engineering respectively) and shall be appointed by the state Government.
