[31. Subject to the provisions of clause

1. (13) of section 33 of this Act, the provisions of section 12 Chapter XI of the Prisons Act, , 1894 (IX of 1894) and the Provisions of the Prisoners (Attendance in Courts) Act, 1955 (XXXII of 1955) shall apply as far as may be to Borstal Institutions established under this Act, and all references to prisoners, prison, imprisonment or confinement in section 12 and Chapter XI of the Prisons Act, 1894 (IX of 1894), and the provisions of the Prisoners (Attendance in Courts) Act, 1955 (XXXII of 1955) and the rules made thereunder shall be construed as referring to inmate, Borstal Institution and detention.]^1 [32. * * * * ]^2
