Penalty for removing fence, etc., wn street.

If any person, without lawful authority,—

1. (a) removes any fence or shoring timber, or removes or extin- guishes any light, set up under section 62, or
2. (b) infringes any order given, or removes any bar, chain or post fixed, under sub-section (2) ofs ection 63,— he shal] be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
