(1) The Chairman shall from | time to time cause all rules made under section 135 or section 136 to be | printed and shall make such printed copies available for sale to the { public.
(2) The Chairman shall cause a notice to be published m local newspapers specifying the place where and the person from whom and the price at which a copy of the rules may be obtained. 139, Power of Govérnment to cancel rules made under section 136.—~The Government may, after previous publication of their intention, rescind any rule made by the Board under section 136 and thereupon such rule shall cease to have effect. | t C
