5. Amendment of Section 5.—

In section 5 of the principal Act for the words and figures "The Travancore Abkari Act, IV of 1073 or the Cochin Abkari Act. 1 of 1077 as amended, as the case may be," the words "the Abkari Act for the time being in force” shall be substituted.
