15 . Amendment of section 33 .

In section 33 of the principal Act, for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: — "(b) appoint any person other than the District Collector to exercise within a district all or any of the powers and to perform a ll or any of the duties of a Collector under this Act, either concurrently with or to the exclusion of the District Collector subject to such control as the Government may, from time to time, direct;".
