Payment of fees and allowances

Payment of fees and allowances.- There shall be paid to the President, Vice-president and the other members of the Council such fees and allowances for attendance in connection with the meeting of the Council or of any Committee thereof and such traveling allowances as shall from time to time be prescribed by rules.
