Amendment of section 15

Constitution of Board.-(1) The Board shall consist of the following members appointed by the Government, namely:-

1. (a) Such number of representatives of employers and employees may be prescribed: Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board; and
2. (b) such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed.

1. (2) The Government shall appoint one of the members of the Board to be its Chairman.
2. (3) The number of members of the Board including the Chairman shall not exceed twenty-five.
