Members of Board, Commissioner, Inspectors etc., to be public servants.-The members of the Board, the Commissioner, the Finance Officer, Inspectors and all officers and servants of the Board, and all persons entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central) Act 45 of 1860).
