Statutory text
Finance Officer.-
- (1) The Board shall have a Finance Officer appointed by the Government by notification in the Gazette.
- (2) The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
- (3) The conditions of appointment and service and the scale of pay of the Finance Officer shall be such as may be prescribed.
