Surrender of Certificates

Surrender of Certificates.-

1. (1) A Professional Civil Engineer whose name has been removed from the register under sub-section
2. (1) or sub-section
3. (2) of section 24, or sub-section
4. (2) of section 30 or
5. (2) Where a Professional Civil Engineer is dead, his legal representative, as defined in clause
6. (11) of section 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 shall forthwith surrender the certificates of registration and practice to the Registrar.
