This Act regulates the profession of civil engineering in Karnataka. It sets up a Council of Professional Civil Engineers, with an elected President and Vice-President, a Registrar and an annual general body meeting. Chapter III REGISTRATION OF PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERS →

  2. 20A committee of five members shall be constituted from amongst the Council members for the purpose of Registration of Civil Engineers and issuance of Certificate of Practice.
