The Registrar

The Registrar.-

1. (1) the registrar shall be a full time officer of the Council to be appointed by the Council who shall also be the secretary of the Council.
2. (2) The Registrar shall be the custodian of all records of the Council.
3. (3) The Registrar shall convene the meeting of the Council with the approval of the President or in his absence by the approval of Vice-President.
