Chapter III-A NEIGHBOURHOOD GROUP, AREA SABHA AND WARD COMMITTEE
Statutory text
Either the individual beneficiary or a citizen or the Neighbourhood group may prefer appeal against any of the decision of the Area Sabhas to the Ward Committee. The decision of the Ward Committee shall be binding on the Area Sabha.
