Claims to immoveable property attached

Claims to immoveable property attached.—(1) If any claim is set up by a third person to the property attached under section 165, the Deputy Commissioner shall inquire into the claim and admit or reject it.

1. (2) Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (1) may institute a suit in a Civil Court to establish the right which he claims to the property attached: Provided that, subject to the result of such suit, if any, the order of the Deputy Commissioner shall be conclusive.
