1[58A. - Duties of Grama Pancha yat to report regarding Bonded Labour System etc. - It shall be obligatory on the part of a Grama Panchayat to report in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed to the Deputy Commissioner or to any other authority specified by the Government in this behalf, any case of enforcement of Bonded Labour System which stood abolished under the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 (Central Act 19 of 1976) in the Panchayat Area failing which it shall be construed as a default in the performance of duties imposed on it for the purpose of section 268.]1
