Power of Government to call for information and records: -

50. Power of Government to call for information and records: - (1) It shall be the duty of a Private University or any authority or officer of the Private University to furnish such information or records relating to the administration or finance and other affairs of the Private University as the Government may call for. (2) The Government, if it is of the view that there is a violation of this Act or the statutes or ordinances made thereunder, may issue such directions to a Private University under section-54 as it may deem necessary.
