15. Officers of Private University: -The following shall be the officers of a Private University, namely:- (a) the Visitor. (b) the Chancellor. (c) the Vice-Chancellor. (d) the Registrar. (e) the Deans and Directors. (f) the Chief Finance& Accounts Officer. (g) the Controller of Examinations. (h) such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the Private University.
