Disputes as to the constitution of Authorities and bodies: - If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly nominated or appointed as or is entitled to be a member of झारखण्ड गजट (असाधारण) सोमवार, 25 नवम्बर, 2024 any authority or other body of a Private University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
