Authorities of Private University: -

24. Authorities of Private University: - (1) The following shall be the authorities of the Private University, namely :- (a) The Governing Body; (b) The Board of Management; (c) The Academic Council; (d) Finance Committee; (e) Planning Board; and झारखण्ड गजट (असाधारण) सोमवार, 25 नवम्बर, 2024 (f) Board of Faculties, Admission Committee, Examination Committee &such other authorities as may be created by the Statutes shall be the authorities of the Private University. (2) The term of the nominated members of the Governing Body and the Board of Management shall be three years. No nominated member shall be nominated for more than two consecutive terms.
