32. Power to amend Schedule The State Government may by notification include or exclude in the Schedule- I and II such authority and examination in respect of which it considers necessary to apply the provisions of this Act and after the publication of such notification in the Gazette the Schedule- I and II shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
