Order after inquiry

19. Order after inquiry (1) If upon such inquiry the Special Court finds that the property was not acquired by a person as a result of the commission of any offence triable under this Act it shall order for release of the property of the person from whose possession it was attached. (2) Where the accused is convicted of any offence punishable under this Act, the Special Court may, in addition to awarding any sentence, by order in writing, declare that any movable or immovable or both properties free from encumbrances belonging to the accused shall be deemed to vest in the State Government.
