ͪवͬध (ͪवधान) ͪवभाग -------- अͬधसूचना 29 नवàबर, 2023 संÉया- एल० जी०- 08/2023-85—लेज० झारखंड ͪवधान मंडल ɮवारा यथा पाǐरत और माननीय राÏयपाल ɮवारा Ǒदनांक- 22/11/2023 को अनुमत झारखÖड ĤǓतयोगी परȣ¢ा (भतȸ मɅ अनुͬचत साधनɉ कȧ रोकथाम व Ǔनवारण के उपाय) अͬधǓनयम, 2023 का Ǔनàनांͩकत अंĒेजी अनुवाद झारखंड राÏयपाल के Ĥाͬधकार से इसके ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया जाता है, िजसे भारत का संͪवधान के अनुÍछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उÈत अͬधǓनयम का अंĒेजी भाषा मɅ Ĥाͬधकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा । The Jharkhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Control and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2023 (Jharkhand Act, 15, 2023) Subject-List 1. Short title, extent and commencement 2. Definitions 3. Duties of Supervisory Staff 4. Prohibition of use of unfair means 5. Possession or leakage of question paper or part thereof 6. Prevention of disclosure by person posted or engaged in examination work 7. Unauthorized possession or disclosure of question paper, answer sheet, OMR sheet in any form 8. Prohibition of entry into the examination centre 9. Prohibition of carrying unfair means / equipment in the examination centre 10. No place other than the examination centre shall be used for competitive examination 11. Offences by management, organization, companies or others 12. Penalties 13. Disbarment on conviction 14. Search and Seizure 15. Power to Arrest 16. Attachment and confiscation of property 17. Release of property 18. Inquiry into the character of acquisition of property by the Court 19. Order after inquiry 20. Appeal 21. Liability of management etc. to pay all costs and expenses 22. Offence to be cognizable, non-bailable and non-compoundable 23. No enquiry or approval required 24. Protection of action taken in good faith The Jharkhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Control and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2023 In State of Jharkhand recent incidents of leakage of question papers in Competitive Examination have shaken the conscious of the society and the students involved in preparation of competitive examination for recruitment and such incidents require effective deterrence through legal provisions of more stringent punishment. Be it enacted by Legislature of Jharkhand in the Seventy-Fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
