Disbarment on conviction
The Jharkhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Control and Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 202313. Disbarment on conviction (1) Any examinee who is prosecuted for any offence under the provisions of this Act, such prosecuted examinee shall be debarred, from appearing in all the competitive examinations and interviews held by the examination authority or the board, from the date of charge-sheet filed for a period of two to five years and on conviction for a period of ten years: Provided that any examinee who is prosecuted for any offence under the provisions of this Act in repeated manner, such prosecuted examinee shall be debarred, from appearing in all the competitive examinations and interviews held by the examination authority or the board, from the date of charge- sheet filed for a period of five to ten years and on conviction for a life time period. (2) Examination Authority as specified in Schedule-I are authorized for Disbarment.
