Inspecting Officers to be public servant

Every Inspecting Officer appointed under section 29 shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860). Establishments of the Research and Development Centre for Iron and Steel, Doranda, Ranchi. (Exempted from: All provisions except Section 6, Chapters III, V, VI and VII.)
