Payment, when to be made

An employee, who has been allowed leave for not less than five days in the case of a child and four days in any other case, shall before his leave begins, be paid the wages due for the period of the leave allowed. Persons directly engaged in preparatory or complementary work such as cleaning or forwarding clerk responsible for dispatch of goods. (Exempted from: Sections 9, 10, 11, 12(2) and 21(1).)
