Notice of termination of employment by employee

(1) No employee shall terminate his employment unless he has given to his employer a notice of at least one month. (2) Where an employee contravenes the provision of sub-section (1), his employer may forfeit any unpaid wages for a period not exceeding fifteen days. Heavy Engineering Corporation, Ranchi.
