Responsibility for payments of wages

Every employer shall be responsible for the payment to his employees of all wages required to be paid under this Act. Establishments of goshalas as defined in section 2 (d) of the Bihar Goshala Act, 1950. (Exempted from: Sections 7 and 8.)
