Entitlement and obligation to supply

The licensee shall be entitled to demand from the Board, and the Board shall, except where prevented by causes beyond its control, be under obligation to supply to the licensee, a maximum number of kilowatts in each year not exceeding, without the consent of the Board, the maximum number of kilowatts declared under this Schedule in respect of that year.
