SAVING OF APPLICATION OF ACT.

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to a licensee on whom a notice under Sec. 5 or Sec. 7 of The Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (IX of 1910), has been served prior to the coming into force of the sections, schedule and table mentioned in sub-section (3) of Sec. 1.
