WATER-POWER CONCESSIONS TO BE GRANTED ONLY TO THE BOARD OR A GENERATING COMPANY

The State Government shall not grant any concession for the, development or use of water-power for any electrical purpose to any person other than the Board or a Generating Company, unless the State Government is of opinion that it is riot expedient for the Board for the Generating Company so to develop or use the water-power concerned.
