Intangible assets

It shall be the duty of each State Electricity Board, Generating Company, State Government Electricity Department or other licensee or person supplying electricity for public or private purposes, or generating electricity for its or his own use for consuming electricity to furnish to the Authority such accounts, statistics, returns or other information relating to the generation, supply and use of electricity as it may require and at such time and in such form and manner as it may direct.
