Payment of fees and travelling expenses to members

Payment of fees and travelling expenses to members.- There shall be paid to the members of the Council such fees, if any, for attendance at meetings of the Council or of committees of the Council and such reasonable travelling expenses for attending such meetings or for inspecting institutions as may from time to time be allowed by the Council and approved by the Government.
