Repeal and saving

Repeal and saving, Governor's Act No. I of 1990.--(1) The Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety (Amendment) Act, 1990 being Governor's Act No. I of 1990 is hereby repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Public Safety Act, as amended by the said Governor's Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provision of this Chapter.
