Amendment of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Act IV of 1957

Amendment of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Act IV of 1957.--In the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of People Act, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the Representation of the People Act), for clause

1. (b) of sub-section

1. (1) of section 3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-- "(b) A Deputy Election Commissioner nominated by the Chief Election Commissioner."
