Repeal and saving

Repeal and saving, Governor's Act No. XVIII of 1990.--(1) The Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1990, being Governor's Act No. XVIII of 1990, is hereby repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the General Sales Tax Act, as amended by the said Governor's Act, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Chapter.
