16. Bar of jurisdiction.

Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by the Revenue Officer, 1Commissioner or financial Commissioner and every award or order made by the Collector shall be final and no preceding or order taken or made under this Act shall be called in question by any Court or before any officer or authority.
