13. Penalty.

(1) When any person has contravened the provision of clause (b) of section 11 or any of the conditions laid down under Sub-section (1) of section 12, it shall be lawful for a Revenue Officer having jurisdiction to eject and impose a fine not exceeding Rs. 200 on such person.

(2) The provisions of Sub-section (2) of section 4 shall apply to all the proceedings taken under this section.
