Transmission to trust of representation by committee.

The committee to whom a copy of a notice has been sent under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 40 shall, within a period of thirty days, from the receipt of the said copy, forward to the trust any representation which the committee may deem fit to make with regard to the scheme.
