Defect or irregularity not to vitiate proceedings.

No act done or proceeding taken by a trust or a committee thereof appointed under this Act shall be questioned on account of any defect in the constitution of the trust or any vacancy in membership or any defect in the appointment of the chairman or trustee or any defect or irregularity of such act or proceedings not affecting the merits of the case.
